2. What languages does Infolinks support?

   At this time, all websites with content primarily in English can apply for the Infolinks Publisher Program. We are in the process of adding several other languages to the Infolinks platform, so please be sure to contact us if you are a publisher with interest in another language.

3. Can I sign up as an Infolinks Publisher if I’m already a member of another ad network?

   Yes. Infolinks In-Text ads do not require any additional real estate on your web pages. Therefore, they do not interfere with any other ad campaigns on your website. Please notice that it is your responsibility to identify and remediate any contractual issues that may arise with your other ad network(s) as a result of participating in the Infolinks Publisher Program.

4. Do I need separate Infolinks accounts for each website I own/manage?

   No. Infolinks makes it easy to manage multiple websites within a single Infolinks Publisher account. However, if you would like to handle payment separately for each, we recommend that you create an Infolinks Publisher account for each website.

1. How do I sign up as an Infolinks Publisher?

   It’s quick and easy to become an Infolinks Publisher and start increasing your website revenues:

   2. Our team will review your submission and upon approval you will receive an email with a link to your Infolinks Publisher Account and a short customized Java Script; this process may take up to 24 hours.
   3. Integrate the Infolinks script into your web pages; it’s easy and effortless.

2. How soon will Infolinks start appearing on my website?

   Immediately. Once you have successfully joined us as an Infolinks Publisher, In-Text ads will appear on your website shortly after you have properly integrated your customized Infolinks Java Script into your web pages.

3. Should I introduce Infolinks to my visitors?

6. Will Infolinks affect the functionality and layout of my website?

   Infolinks will have no effect on your current web page functionality or layout. Infolinks simply highlights carefully selected keywords within your text into double underline hyperlinks.

   • Infolinks ads appear on your page after your page has finished loading – providing the benefit of enhanced content with no increase in page load time.
   • You decide where Infolinks ads appear – which pages, where on the page, and the maximum number of ads per page.
   • Infolinks will not overwrite existing hyperlinks on your pages.
7. Can I control and customize the display of Infolinks ads on my website?

   Yes. By default, Infolinks In-Text ads display settings are designed to optimize the site user experience, improve click through rates and maximize your revenues.

   However, with Infolinks, you get complete control over the In-Text ads in your website enabling you the flexibility to determine and configure various parameters of the In-Text ads, including the graphic appearance, the amount, and the locations within the website.

   The Infolinks team will guide you through this process and enable you to easily change the configurations at any time.

   You can easily customize and configure various parameters of the In-Text ads, including the ads’ graphic appearance, the number of ads per page, and the locations of ads on your website or within each page; visit our new and improved Publishers Center for further instruction.
8. What is the best color choice for the Infolinks ads on my website?

   We recommend that you select a color for your Infolinks ads that is consistent with the look and feel of your website. If you still have difficulty deciding, the Infolinks team will be happy to give you our opinion.

9. Can I restrict certain keywords from being highlighted as In-Text ads?

   Yes. You can easily define a list of restricted keywords or request that keywords associated with a specific topic be restricted. Please email our support team at support@infolinks.com regarding any keyword or topic restriction requests.

10. Can I restrict In-Text ads to only appear within specific areas of my website?

    Yes. Infolinks provides Publishers with full control over Infolinks placement within their web pages via easy-to-use On/Off Java Script tags. To learn more about how to implement On/Off tags on your web pages, sign in to your Infolinks Publisher account, choose “Set Up”, select the “Advanced Implementation” tab and then select “On/Off Tags”.

11. Can I use Infolinks with user generated or 3rd party content?

    Yes, just like any content you have in your website. Please notice that it is your responsibility to obtain legal rights to use any such content.

Payments and Earnings

1. How do I earn money from Infolinks?

2. How much can I earn through Infolinks advertising on my website?

   After an effortless integration process, Infolinks automatically inserts highly relevant In-Text ads into your website’s content, leading to record high conversion rates. 3. How do I get paid?
   Infolinks offers several convenient ways for publishers to receive payments. You can choose your preferred method:
   PayPal, Bank Wire, ACH (Only for U.S. bank accounts) or Get your Infolinks Prepaid Mastercard® (Powered by Payoneer).
   You can apply to get an Infolinks Prepaid Debit MasterCard® to load your earnings and use it anywhere MasterCard® is accepted. Choosing this payment form will link you to a new page to register for your card. Once a cardholder, you can manage your account by simply logging onto the Payoneer website.
   
   
4. How do I change my payment method?
   If you wish to change your preferred payment method, simply log into your Publisher account and edit your Payment Details accordingly.
5. How can I track my Infolinks earnings?

   To track your Infolinks earnings, just sign in to your Infolinks Publisher account and select the “Reports” tab. Your earnings data is updated every 24 hours.

6. How often are my reports updated?
   We update reports every day by 11:00 am PST (GMT -8) to include all data for the previous day. If you are unsure whether the update was made, please log into your Publisher account, and in the report page you can see when was the last update performed.
7. How do I sign up for a PayPal account?
   To sign up for a PayPal account, please visit www.PayPal.com and click on the Sign up link.
8. When will I get paid?

   Every month! At the end of each monthly payment period, Infolinks calculates your earnings for that month and issues your payment within 45 days of the end of the payment period, as a standard industry practice.

   The only exception should occur if your monthly earnings are less than the Infolinks payment threshold. The minimum threshold is $50. But don’t worry - if your earnings are less than that threshold at the end of the month, these funds will be carried over to the next month.

1. How can I change my personal details?
   If you wish to change your personal details simply log in to your account and edit your details accordingly or send an email to support@infolinks.com with the requested changes.
2. How can I retrieve my password?
   If you don’t remember your password please send an email to support@infolinks.com.
3. Why do I have to fill in my Tax ID?
   Tax ID is required for U.S. tax purposes only.  If you are a citizen or have a business in the U.S., you are required to file any earnings you make.  If you are a non-U.S. customer, then you are not required to fill that part of the form.
